REPORTS TO THE SUPERVISORY BODY 231
The form on the Whistleblowing page must be used to submit detailed reports of unlawful conduct, relevant pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and based on specific and consistent facts, or violations of the entity's organizational and management model, of which one has become aware in the course of performing one's duties. This reporting channel guarantees the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity.
